The structure comprises 8 units, SELLING ALL 8 NOT PER EACH. Constructed with brick under asbestos with steel trusses, single storey. Granolithic floors. Front double doors with steel screens, back roller shutter doors. Units 1 – 7 are open planned warehouses, with reception area and 2 office on the ground floor, and ablution block and 2 offices on the mezzanine floor. Unit 8 – Slightly larger same structure different configuration as in kitchen, 2 ablution blocks. Water and sewage is connected City of Harare water supply system. Electricity is connected to ZESA, each with pre paid meter.
